Raw Avocado Chocolate Pudding with Coconut

Well after a week of using avocados you got 2 left lets make some pudding. Now the first time I heard of the was on a TV show on the cooking channel How to Live to Be 100. I started to research a couple of recipes and came up with this one, now there are a lot of recipes out there but I put just a hint of spice to mine to make my own.

Avocado Pudding

2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup milk ( your choice I used coconut milk)

1/2 cup agave nectar

1/4 cup cacao powder

1 tbsp  vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cayenne powder

1/4 cup coconut toasted (this will make it not raw anymore) optional

Cut you avocados in half and de-pit them and scrape the avocado straight into the blender being very care full with the empty shell we are gonna use them as bowls . There is always a piece of the stem left make sure you remove it cause it will cause troubles later it always some how ends up in what ever you are making. Wash out the shells and dry them only using 1 paper towel or you will get yelled at for wasting and set them aside for later. Add the rest of the ingredients minus the coconut and pulse a couple of times then mix for 30 seconds scrape down the sides and mix for 30 more seconds. Scope into the empty shells and the toasted coconut if you wish then chill for 30 min and be prepared for the best damn puddin you ever had.

This is that piece of the stem I was talking about.

Use the heel of the knife to pull the pit.

Pulse

Pulse

Taste test YUM.

As soon as you smell the coconut its done get it off the heat it will burn fast.

 Have fun and Enjoy.
