Any one can open a can sloppy joe mix and throw it with a meat substitute and call them sloppy joes, but why not just suck all the fun out of life. I love to make as much as I can from scratch it taste better, its usually cheaper and takes almost the same amount of time plus I can pronounce all the ingredients in them. Last year I found Bob's Red Mill Textured Vegetable Protein and wow this stuff is great for so many different recipes. It takes the place of ground meat and I don't even miss that stuff at all.
